Thanks to its PIM Plus composite shell (carbon, fiberglass, and aramid), the RPHA 11 is one of the lightest full-face helmets on the market. Its ultra-compact profile eliminates neck fatigue, even at the end of the day.
RapidFire™ shield replacement
A spring-loaded latch releases the shield in less than 5 seconds, tool-free. Switching from clear to smoke between sessions takes just a few simple movements.
High-flow, 7-position ventilation
The two top air intakes are adjusted via notched dials that can be operated with gloves, offering up to 7 positions. Air is distributed over the scalp and actively extracted through the rear vents.
Anti-opening visor lock
A dual mechanism in the center of the chin bar locks the visor via a small lever. No accidental openings are possible at high speed or in the event of a track slide.

Can a Bluetooth intercom be installed easily?+

Yes, and that is one of the discreet strengths of the RPHA 11. HJC has integrated Speaker Pockets directly into the EPS liner to slide in the speakers of a universal intercom (Sena, Cardo, etc.). The padding is also cut out to route wiring without creating pressure points on the ears.

Is it comfortable for glasses wearers?+

Yes. The interior padding features "Glasses Groove" channels that guide the temple arms of glasses without pressing them against the temples. Comfort is maintained even on long rides.

The RPHA 11 is known to be noisy — how can this be mitigated?+

It's inherent in its DNA: developed for the track, the RPHA 11 prioritizes lightness and massive ventilation, which naturally allows more aerodynamic noise than a touring helmet. For long highway journeys, earplugs remain the most effective solution.

What is the difference compared to the RPHA 12?+

The main difference is the homologation. The RPHA 11 meets the ECE 22.05 standard and benefits from a very lightweight shell. The RPHA 12 has been completely redesigned for the new ECE 22.06 standard, with a thicker shell, a wider shield, and new mounting plates. It gains in passive safety but puts on a few extra grams.
