Can I install a standard Bluetooth intercom on the Pista GP RR?+

Installing an intercom on the Pista GP RR is technically very difficult and strongly discouraged. The EPS liner does not have space for speakers, and the cheek pads provide a very firm fit on the face. Adding earpieces would create unbearable pressure points on the ears.

Why is the visor 5 mm thick, and how does the lock work?+

The visor is 5 mm thick (optical class 1)—double that of a standard helmet—to withstand high-speed debris. The VLS (Visor Lock System) in the center of the chin guard requires a firm press on a push-button to unlock, preventing accidental opening above 200 km/h.

Is the hydration system removable?+

Yes. The tube running along the chin guard and through the neck roll is fully detachable. If you don't use a hydration bladder in your suit, it can be easily removed to streamline the helmet's interior.

Why are the top vents made of metal and not plastic?+

Due to FIM certification requirements: in the event of a crash and sliding on your head, plastic could tear off or melt under friction. Metal resists abrasion and protects the carbon shell from direct exposure to obstacles.
