Optical technology — Multi-Coated Lens
Light Output
99% transmission — zero reflection loss A standard lens allows 4 to 8% of the light to bounce back inside the headlight. The multi-layer chemical film (magnesium fluoride) cancels these internal reflections and forces almost all light through the glass. Result: more lumens on the road for the same power consumption.
Beam Quality
Surgical beam — no halos or ghosting Without AR treatment, internal reflections create stray light circles (halos) and contrast loss around the beam. The multi-layer coating guarantees a sharp, white light on the ground, without glare or stray diffusion.
Visual Signature
Why this bluish reflection? The thin layer only rejects a tiny portion of the waves at the ends of the spectrum (UV and blue/violet). When the headlight is off and external light hits the lens, this bluish reflection appears — it is the signature of professional optics. As soon as the headlight is turned on, the light comes out perfectly white and pure.
